In this blog post, we’ll be answering frequently asked questions related to our Dealer Program. We’ll cover some general questions and then move on to hot button topics like shipping and branding. If you don’t feel like reading, check out this FAQ video we made:
Q: Is our Dealer Program REALLY free?
A: Yes it is, free indeed! Our dealer program is completely free to join. No monthly fees, no yearly sign-ons, no contracts or obligations. All you have to do is fill a dealer application on the sign up-page here. As a Dealer, you get perks like competitive pricing, access to the Branding Program for free branding on the blank products you purchase from us, referrals, top-notch tech and sales support, access to our private Facebook group, AND exclusive content like webinars and live training.
Q: Can you lose your Nelly’s Dealer status?
A: Once you are signed up as a dealer with us, you can’t lose your status. If we have not heard from you in a while we will do a follow up, but your dealer status remains the same!

Q: How does Nelly’s “lifetime tech support” work?
A: Any and all products you purchase from us, come with lifetime tech support meaning even AFTER the product's warranty runs out, we will STILL support the product on the technical side. Call or email us! We have the best tech support team in the security industry. Lifetime tech support is available for ALL our customers, even if you aren’t a dealer with us yet.

Q: Where do your packages ship from?
A: All of our orders will be shipping out from our warehouse in Tulsa, Oklahoma. It's from here in the heartland of the USA, where our retail store, warehouse and office complex is centrally located.
Q: How long does it take for your order to be shipped?
A: We normally ship out orders either the same day or at maximum the next business day. All orders that are placed by 11am CST will go out the same day they are placed and anything placed after the 11am CST cutoff will be shipped the following business day. We are open Monday through Friday from 9am - 5pm central time.
Q: Is there a minimum to qualify for free shipping?
A: We offer free ground shipping on all orders big or small to the lower 48 states. This means that there is no charge for the shipping as long as you select free ground at check out.
Q: Is there expedited shipping?
A: We do offer expedited shipping at a cost that is shown to you up front! But as previously stated, all of our orders do come with free ground shipping already. We really do have the fastest and most efficient warehouse teams around.

Q: Does branding come at charge?
A: The branding program is a complimentary service that we offer to our dealers. That means there are no extra fees or costs associated with branding!
Q: Is there a minimum order for the branding?
A: Another perk to the branding program is there is no minimum order quantity to have branding done. For example if you needed a small branded 4ch system, that's something we can do for you at no additional cost!
