There is an initial setup process, which involves editing your logo to fit on our products. Once you approve everything, there's nothing else you need to do. We will automatically brand any applicable products with your company's logo before shipping them out. Why would you want to brand the security equipment that you sell? Great question!

How much does the Nelly's Dealer Program cost?

There is no cost associated with our dealer program! Joining is absolutely free of charge.

How much does it cost to branding my products?

In most cases, product branding is totally free. This applies to all cameras and alarm panels. However, we do have a few paid branding options, which fall under our "Premium Branding" category.

Which products do you brand?

Free branding includes cameras, recorders, and alarm panels. When it comes to cameras, as a general rule, we can brand any of our blank cameras with your logo in permanent black ink. This includes R-Series cameras and certain blank variations of Uniview cameras. For the recorders, we will place a durable full-color decal on the front of your recorder for free, or we'll print your logo or any design in full color on the top of your recorder for an upcharge. We brand all of our alarm panels for free in full color.

What is the minimum order quantity to receive dealer pricing and custom branding?

We do not have an MOQ for dealers. If you purchase a single camera, you'll still have access to our competitive dealer pricing and we'll still brand your camera.

Who can become a Nelly's Dealer?

Our dealer program is for a wide variety of security professionals. Installers, integrators, resellers, and more. To become a dealer, you just have to show us that you're actively promoting and conducting business. The dealer program is not for security enthusiasts, DIYers, or anyone thinking about starting a security business in the future.

Where is your support team based?

Nelly's Security is located in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, just outside of Tulsa. Our tech and sales teams are in-house and fully trained on all of our products.

What are shipping costs and lead times?

We offer free ground shipping throughout the continental United States. If you live outside of the US, or in Alaska or Hawaii, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Typically our lead times range between 2-5 days.
