The 2GIG-FTD100-345 is a wireless flood and temperature sensor designed to provide early warnings before water leaks or extreme temperatures cause costly damage. Ideal for placement near water heaters, sinks, washing machines, sump pumps, and HVAC systems, this sensor helps protect homes and businesses from both sudden leaks and slow-developing water issues.

Using dual-sensing metal contacts on both the top and bottom of the device, the sensor can detect dripping water from above or pooled water from below without the need for external probes. It also monitors ambient temperature, sending alerts if conditions become too hot or too cold.
