WEBINAR GUIDELINES

• In general, our goal is to shoot for one webinar per month from our manufacturers and partners. Usually this will be the third Wednesday of the month.
• All webinars must be scheduled at least one month in advance.
• Unless otherwise stated, our webinars will be closed to the public and only accessible to our registered dealers.
• We will use Rackmount Solution's Microsoft Teams account to host webinars moving forward. We will provide each rep from your company in attendance with a presenter's link for joining the event. (You do not need a Microsoft account in order to join the webinar)
• We will record every webinar and send you the recording after the event. It will also be available on our private dealer-only YouTube playlist.
• We will have one hour set aside for the webinar. This will include 45 minutes of presentation and 15 minutes of Q&A. You do not have to spend the entire 45 minutes.
• You are free to choose your own topics, but we will provide questions from our dealers that can be used for inspiration for your presentation.
• All webinars will be recorded and available on our private YouTube playlist. We will also send you a copy of of the recording for your own purposes.
• We ask that you share your materials with us at least one week in advance. If you're using a slideshow, please share it with us beforehand. If not, you can send us an outline of your presentation.
• If possible, please send us some assets for us to market your webinar. This can include images, graphics, logos, etc.. We will finalize all marketing designs on our end.
